4 celery stalks

1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese

1/8 cup raisins or shelled sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. Wash and dry celery; cut into 3-inch long pieces. Fill inside of the celery with cottage cheese.
  2. Place raisins or sunflower seeds on top of the cottage cheese.
  3. Serve. Refrigerate leftovers.

  • For something different, use flavored cottage cheese if you can find it.
  • Instead of cottage cheese, you can also stuff the celery with peanut butter or another nut butter.
  • This makes a great snack for kids. Have them prepare their own log or make a batch to pack for their school lunch.
