Chicken skillet with vegetables
1 cup canned chicken
1 cup frozen vegetables
1/2 cup chicken broth or water
Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1. Heat chicken and vegetables together in a medium skillet or fry pan.
2. Add broth or water and seasonings.
3. Add cooked rice and stir together.
4. Cook on medium until heated through, stirring occasionally.
