How to select

Choose firm bananas without any cuts or bruises. Greener bananas will continue to ripen after you buy them.

How to store

Unripe bananas should be stored at room temperature. Ripe bananas can be refrigerated for up to two weeks. Don't worry if refrigerated bananas turn black; the inside is ok to eat.
