Choose round honeydew with a firm, waxy surface that feels heavy for its size.

How to prepare

  • Cut each end off the melon with a knife. 
  • Cut the melon in half. 
  • Scoop seeds out with a spoon. 
  • Cut the melon into wedges, remove the skin, and cut into cubes.

How to store

Store whole honeydew at room temperature and cut honeydew in the fridge for up to two weeks.
