  • 1 cup canned chicken
  • 1 cup frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
  • Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice


  1. Heat chicken and vegetables together in a medium skillet or fry pan.
  2. Add broth or water and seasonings.
  3. Add cooked rice and stir together.
  4. Cook on medium until heated through, stirring occasionally.
