
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned chicken
- 1 cup frozen vegetables
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
- Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
Directions
- Heat chicken and vegetables together in a medium skillet or fry pan.
- Add broth or water and seasonings.
- Add cooked rice and stir together.
- Cook on medium until heated through, stirring occasionally.
