How to select

Choose bean sprouts that are white and shiny with a bright yellow tip. Bean sprouts should be crisp and make a sharp sound when broken.

How to prepare

Simply rinse bean sprouts under running water and pat dry. Bean sprouts can be consumed raw or cooked (i.e., fried or steamed).

How to store

Store bean sprouts away from light in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator. Use bean sprouts within 2 days.
